Can I put my membership on hold?
Yes; as a Select member (in other words, a paid client), if you would like to put your membership on hold so that you can spend more time with one of your potential matches to get to know them better and see if that potential match could be “the one” - you can absolutely do that. This would mean that if you come back after your six month membership has expired (and you have only used one or two of the introductions) we will still honor the remaining introductions left for a period of one year from the date the contract is signed. This feature is also great for clients who travel often.
What is personalized matchmaking?
Personalized matchmaking is a service that connects individuals with compatible potential partners based on their unique preferences, values, and goals. We take a holistic approach to matchmaking, considering all aspects of an individual’s life, personality, preferences and values. It goes beyond superficial factors and looks at the entire person.
Can I join if I'm divorced, widowed, or have children?
Absolutely. We cater to a diverse range of individuals, including those who are divorced, widowed, or have children. We work to find suitable partners for you based on your unique circumstances.
Is your service confidential and secure?
Yes, we prioritize your privacy and security. Your information is kept confidential, and we employ strict security measures to protect your data. Your personal information will never be shared outside the scope of the search. Only the staff at Soulmate Global will have access to your information and as part of the Client Services Agreement, your consent to share your information with potential matches is implied.
How do you match clients with potential partners?
We use a combination of in-depth interviews, personalized assessments and our network to identify potential matches for our clients. This process entails assessing our clients' interests, values, and lifestyle and aligning them with those of potential matches.

What if I'm not satisfied with the matches I receive?
As a matchmaking service, we maintain active engagement with our clients and closely monitor their interactions with potential matches. Following each date, we initiate a client feedback session to assess the date's success and identify any necessary modifications. In the event that you, as our valued client, find your matches unsatisfactory, we will arrange a comprehensive consultation to ensure a thorough grasp of your interests and values. Subsequently, we'll refine your profile as needed and diligently work to present more fitting introductions aligned with your preferences.
